Does anyone go to the gym
Early hours? Mine is open 24/7 and I do normally go around 9am and leave around 10.30-11am but does anyone go early hours like 12,1,2,3 am etc? - if so how do you feel afterwards? Cheers

I get to the gym around 445-5am. I feel great because I'm energized from my workout and ready to get the day going. I don't know if I could go any earlier since I go to bed late, but I have a friend who works nights and those are the times she goes. I guess because it would be considered after work for most of us.1

Usually go at 3 or 3 30 am. Very very tough. At that time of the night, waking up, it's all you, no one is there and somehow you have to psych yourself up. The weird thing is I hate going to gym, lifting or cardio but it is a necessary evil.1

12-3am?? That is early! I'm not even asleep yet by then haha. I would like to workout earlier (like 6-7 am) but until I get my sleep on track, it's not happening.1
