Why is the last 3kg so difficult to lose.
Lost 10kg over the period of last year with diet and exercise . Exercise are strenght training. I am stuck with a very slow process to shed off the last 3kg . Despite strict diet and exercise i am only losing 0.3kg per week .its really demotivating. I am 163 cm in height and weigh 62.9kg.the goal weight is 60kg.any tips?

Does lifting causing muscle soreness burns more calories?
For example when lifting, there Is a soreness effect, (DOMS). Just wanted to know when the body repairs the muscle tissues over the next day or two, are calories being burnt to heal the muscles? Also, does more soreness means more repair required thus more calories burnt? confused.

Is it possible to lose 1 kg of muscle mass in a week?
I am using a smart scale to measure my weight weekly. The scale indicated that I had loss 0.9 kg. But its all from muscle mass. Is it possible? I have been lifting 3 to 4 times a week. And doing very little cardio. Diet consists of 1300 to 1400 calories per day.

How accurate is a smart scale? I am losing weight, Strenght training 3 times a week and cardio 2 times a week. Following a 1200 calories diet. But I noticed In my last weigh in my muscle mass has decreased and my fat has increased? Frustrated. Are smart scales accurate? How accurate is this?

Stubborn areas.!!
Been losing weight. The stomach, thighs and basically everywhere else has gone down. But the arms! The bingo arms!!!!!! The bingo arms are not shedding off!!!! I use weights 3 times a week for specific arms exercises. And I ensure I work out every muscle in my arm. I work out other areas as well likr my abdomen and legs…

How often to weight myself?
How often do I have to weigh myself? I have been doing a weekly weigh in. But recently the weighing scale shows weight gain. But I feel much toner, and stronger. I don't want to be discouraged. So the question is should I still do a weekly weigh in?

Weight loss plateau. 1200 calories diet.
I have been doing a 1200 calories diet for a month now. I have dropped from 72 to 66.5 kg. The goal weight is 60kg. I am a female 163cm in height. I do home weights 3 times a week and very little cardio. For the pass 2 weeks there is no weight loss. No changes is muscle mass or fat loss in any way. (Using a smart weighing…
