Why is the last 3kg so difficult to lose.

Lost 10kg over the period of last year with diet and exercise .
Exercise are strenght training.
I am stuck with a very slow process to shed off the last 3kg .
Despite strict diet and exercise i am only losing 0.3kg per week .its really demotivating.
I am 163 cm in height and weigh 62.9kg.the goal weight is 60kg.any tips?

that's a good rate of loss for the last few pounds.
i lose 1lb per month if i am spot on with everything!4 -
Losing the last few kg slowly (0.3kg/week isn't really that slow though with little to lose) may well make your transition to maintenance easier.
In a years time will it actually matter if you got to your goal in 9 weeks time or 4 weeks time?5
