Woke up this morning not wanting to workout, but pushed myself and now I am feeling good and awake!

My goal was to lose 20lbs by end of year that was new year resolution but kinda slacked and didnt keep up with it. Just this past month I decided to get serious again lol. Lost 2 lbs in a 1 month! Not much but its a start.

Trying to get back at it! Need some motivational friends.
Gained 15lbs since this Corona virus hit and the gym being closed. But now that the gyms are back open having a hard time getting back to the gym. Just got used to being home and not doing anything.

Back at it
Its been over a year since my injury to my calf. I have been just walking for my cardio, but dont feel like I am getting anything out of walking I gained 20lbs in the last year.
