Trying to get back at it! Need some motivational friends.

Gained 15lbs since this Corona virus hit and the gym being closed. But now that the gyms are back open having a hard time getting back to the gym. Just got used to being home and not doing anything.

    If you were active before the virus, you just have to get your mind set and you will be active again. Get your mind set and begin at a pace you are comfortable with. Don't rush or set unrealistic goals. Most of all remember to believe in yourself as you are your best cheerleader. I find it easier when I put motivational notes around my house. I got several whiteboards at the $1 store and hung them around my home in places I see often... (Bathroom, kitchen sink, stove, next to my TV, on ceiling in my bedroom). I as well as my family will write little notes of encouragement and it is a fun way to gain encouragement! Best of luck and I will keep you in my prayers!
