Pushed myself

Woke up this morning not wanting to workout, but pushed myself and now I am feeling good and awake!

    Good going! I find that if I can push through 7-8 minutes, I can almost always go the distance. When feeling tired or unmotivated, I tell myself that I can quit 9 minutes in. So far, I've never bailed early.
