Its been over a year since my injury to my calf. I have been just walking for my cardio, but dont feel like I am getting anything out of walking I gained 20lbs in the last year. So today I decided it was time to get jogging and not be afraid of injuring myself. I went for 45 minute jog/walk combo! It felt good! A little sore but doing ok!
