Losing friends
One person told me I have become a witch (but with a "b") since losing weight. Another person told me I talk about it too much. I feel like it's become such a huge part of my life that I should talk about it occasionly. I have also had people tell me I've inspired them by talking about it. So I don't discuss it ever on…

HUNGER!!
So I've reached my fat loss goal. Hooray! I'm reverse dieting and I have been slowly creeping my calories up week by week to find maintenance. I'm hungrier than ever! Armpits
So, I feel like shaving my armpits has become awkward. I feel like they're more concave and less flat than they used to be. Even though I'm still dieting, could my lat muscles have grown that much to change the shape of my armpit? Is this a thing?

Diet break
When it's time for a diet break, let's say a two-week break, do you jump right to maintenance or do slowly increase your calories over the two weeks?

PROTEIN PROTEIN PROTEIN!
I'm not "bulking". I'm still in a deficit losing fat (50 so far!!). I do weight train as my main form of exercise. I hit my protein goals almost every day if not come very close. Today I want to stay in my calorie range but I need a protein break quite frankly. Just for today. Will I hinder my workout today or lose any…

CALORIES AND PROTEIN
If I have reached my calorie limit for the day but still need to fulfill a protein quota, should I try to fulfill it and go over in my calories or just leave it? Keep in mind I am in a fat loss (deficit) but still trying to maintain muscle.

CALORIES AND PROTEIN
I have 200 calories left for the day but I have gone over on my protein which is good. I'm not hungry. Should I eat the 200 calories and carbs because I have some left? I really don't mind leaving the carbs and calories behind.
