Can one at 20 kgs overweight expect to try and maintain that weight from the start to the end of a pregnancy? And how would one adjust calories to account for that?

Yoga for weightloss. Fact or myth
Or does it mainly help with toning? And will toning be beneficial at all with so many layers of fat over it. I'm currently 20 kgs overweight. Will yoga do anything for me at all. I usually jog but I have an injury preventing me from doing so. Also which is better, pirates or yoga? I tried pirates but hated it.

Exercise makes me sick
Literally. I can walk without problem but the moment I step things up, start jogging or other aerobic exercise I start off well but then I get a cold or flu and I have to stop until I'm better and start from the beginning .
