Intermittent fasting vs calorie counting for women
I tried intermittent fasting before and hated it I am on a deficit and it’s easy for me to count calories. But I’m just wondering if there’s really a difference or even a point in intermittent fasting as all you’re doing is trying to reduce calories either way except if you don’t track with fasting you could overeat anyway

Confused and frustrated

Walk 20 mins everyday regardless of other workout
Hi everyone I’m going to try to do this if anyone wants to join. I think it’s really beneficial to get 20 mins to yourself and at least clear your mind on your walk. I have anxiety/stress so this is personally helpful for me! Plus I’ve read that even 20 mins walking everyday will help so much in the long run :) cheers
