I haven’t used to the boards in a long time! So apologies if it’s not the right way to post.

After bulking and cutting I’ve decided to go back to my smaller frame around 60kg or so but with some muscle at around 66kg. I’m not new to this at all but super short and recently frustrated that my weight is going up at 78kg now but ofc I don’t look significantly bigger but know I haven’t lost that much fat so it’s annoying. However for once I would like to focus on scale fat loss just to get down to at least 70kg and then regroup. I should also throw this scale out seems inaccurate.

I’ve done it before and I can do it again but I lose veryyy slow due to being 153cm. Please send me a request!
