Weighing Food
Hi All I'm doing pretty well on my weight loss journey, and recently started weighing a lot of food that i eat at home. I was baking a sweet potato today. Weighted 14oz before baking and 8.5oz after, so should I enter the cooked weight or raw weight for the half that I ate? Thanks Mark

forgot weigh-in. can i deduct water drunk
Hi all Started daily weigh-in's yesterday. forgot already this morning. i worked out on elliptical for 30 mins and drank 14oz (weighed) of water. Then i weighed myself. Does it make sense to deduct, say, 12oz from my wiegh-in after drinking the water, or is that just a silly idea :)
