forgot weigh-in. can i deduct water drunk

Hi all
Started daily weigh-in's yesterday. forgot already this morning. i worked out on elliptical for 30 mins and drank 14oz (weighed) of water. Then i weighed myself. Does it make sense to deduct, say, 12oz from my wiegh-in after drinking the water, or is that just a silly idea

No, because then you would have to add the unknown volume of sweat and respiratory weight lost.
It probably balances out.3 -
