Anyone using AppleWatch (series 3) and Polar Beat (with H10 HRM)?

Hi All

Just got an H10 HRM- that I'm wearing 24/7, at least for the next few months.

I love the workout tracking in PolarBeat, and I'm trying to fine tune the usage of the H10HR with beat and the AppleWatch activity tracking. I'd buy a Polar Watch to get everything from Polar, but I use my AppleWatch too much and don't want to wear two (wrist) devices. I wish there was an ankle or chest version of the polar watch, so i can wear it discreetly.

According to PolarBeat, my 15mins on elliptical this morning burned 244 cals. My 2.43 mile walk (4mph) at lunch burned 727 cals.

iOS activity shows these as two workouts and reports 9,512 steps and a distance of 4.45 miles.

MFP gave me 2300 goal - 1543 for food + 942 for exercise = 1700 remaining. So I have a deficit of 1700 for day, which seems good. (I understand that the calorie burn calcs need to be taken with a pinch of salt, but they do match what I've found in online calculators and using the equation Weight (lbs) * 0.3 * Miles walked.

If I look at exercise in MFP, it has the two workouts and a steps calorie adjustment of zero (8,729 steps). There was a second entry for steps (590 cals) that seemed to be a dupe of the walk at lunch, so I deleted it.

Does everything look correct?

How can I avoid the dupes, but still track my non-workout steps on the AppleWatch?

TIA
