Gain weight after running?
I am a new runner. This past weekend, I ran/walked 3.7 miles and I gained two pounds. I assume this is muscles retaining water for repair? My running program said I burned like 700+ calories so I was a bit confused.

Running/walking first 5K tomorrow. I am only in week 3 of Couch to 5K program, but this event was something I really wanted to do, thus I know I will not be able to run it all, but I still look forward to the challenge. Any tips for a first timer?

I have about 40 more pounds to lose and my macros were reset in MFP due to me messing around with my goals. Should I just leave the macros where they are via MFP? I assume they are based on the goals I have set up as far as weight loss, my age, etc?

I started my C25K program today. It says Week 1 Day 1, Week 1 Day 2, and Week 1 Day 3. Do you rest for four days before starting week 2? Or go every other day? I just assumed you did them every day.

Protein issues
Having come off the Keto diet a week ago, I find myself now having a hard time getting enough protein for my macros (40% carbs/35% protein/25% fat).
