MFP macros

I have about 40 more pounds to lose and my macros were reset in MFP due to me messing around with my goals. Should I just leave the macros where they are via MFP? I assume they are based on the goals I have set up as far as weight loss, my age, etc?

The default macros are 50% carbs, 30% fat, 20% protein. Your calorie target is based on your weight, height, sex, age, activity level and desired rate of loss.2

The MFP macro targets are usually not crazy for most people, if you don't want to mess around with them. If you want to consider a more custom-tailored approach, this is a good link:
