can’t find motivation
i will go the gym and be super motivated and eat good all day up until after dinner where i just become unmotivated and just not care and binge eat- i’m in the constant “ill start tomorrow” cycle ... i have serious goals i want to meet so why can’t i find ANY motivation.. anyone have any advice on how to stay motivated

protein shakes before or after gym?
when i think of protein shakes i think of what you drink before the gym.. and so i’ve always done that, but a few weeks ago a picture came up on my instagram from a fitness page where it was basically saying how most people drink a protein shake before the gym, and water after - BUT that it should be the other way around..…
