Lower & Upper body exercices
Hello everyone, So I started going back to the gym again. I go 3 times a week for about 75 minutes each time. For the first half, I am planning on doing cardio training mostly by jogging/walking but I don't know how to train my lower and upper body. Do you have any exercices to recommend to me? Thanks
