Lower & Upper body exercices

Hello everyone,
So I started going back to the gym again. I go 3 times a week for about 75 minutes each time. For the first half, I am planning on doing cardio training mostly by jogging/walking but I don't know how to train my lower and upper body. Do you have any exercices to recommend to me?

The link posted above is a great place to start. If those programs are more than you're looking for, does your gym have a machine circuit? If so, that's a good place to start... Do 3-5 sets at each station using as much weight as you can manage for 8-12 reps.1
