Hi, I just got a DEXA scan done and my body fat percentage is 47.6%. Yikes. I started working with a personal trainer last week and I have been lifting 2-3 times a week. What is a reasonable fat % to lose per week? I am targetting 2 pounds per week currently. For reference, I am 28, female, 5'6.5 and 200 lbs.
