How much fiber
So guys. I recently asked how much sugar. Awesome and informative responses. Can you guys help me out with fiber. How much fiber should we take a day!? I always thought the more the merrier but I find if I go over 35 grams I’m bloated and sometimes constipated. Thoughts!?

Sugar! How much??
So right now my macros are as follows. 100 protein, 75 fat, 180 carbs. I eat healthy and moat of my sugar comes from plant based fruits and veggies with some processed sugar in there to keep me sane. How many grams should I aim to stay under?
