Weight loss goal achieved
At the start of the year, I set myself to lose weight in the first four months. Started everyday strict keto + 30 min HIIT. Today, I landed at 77 kg, after losing 15 kgs and 7% body fat. I’m gonna reset my goal to lose another 7 kgs and 4% bf. Hardwork yields. Keep going everyone ! 💪🏼

Weight loss got saturated!🤕
Lost 6kg in the first 4 weeks. But, just lost 0.15 kg in the 5th week. I changed nothing in my keto or workout routine. Whyyyyy???? 🤧

Lost 4.90 kg weight and 2.5% body fat. Keto diet (75,20,5 ratio of 1600 cal) in combination with daily 1000 jump ropes, 12 min tabata, and 30 pull ups. 🤠
