after checking my intake vs my exercise i see i’m eating around 300 net calories a day. I eat around 1400 calories & after my gym sessions my apple watch says i burn 1100 calories. I retain a lot of water and my doctor has finally helped me let go of all the water which was about a 10 pound weight loss and you can actually see a little difference in my body from it. Fitbit calorie burn accuracy?
I have a fitbit HR. i just got it and yesterday i wore it for a full 24 hours. In those 24 hours it said my total calorie burn was only 1600 calories, but I maintain my weight by eating 2100 calories. I’m very confused. HORRIBLE BINGE

eating too much protein at once stores to fat?
For the past few months, i’ve basically been consuming all my day’s worth of protein (90 grams) within 4 hours. i’ll start at 8am and usually hit 90 grams of protein by 12pm-ish.
