I looked videos and they all re saying different things. Like I how do u breathe when sqautting, deadlifting, bench pressing, bicep curls and other variations. For example I breathe in when going down and hold it and when going up, I slowly exhale. Is this right???

Went over maintenance
I’m on 3rd week of losing weight. My goal is to lose 5kg. Currently I eat 1500 cals a day. My defecit is 300 cals. Yesterday I ate 3000 cals in total, so today I’m kinda feeling bad. Did this ruin progress ?!😞

How do you measure your food? Raw or cooked?
And how do you enter it on Mfp??? For example if you have raw chicken breast that weigh 100grams, you would just type in Raw chicken breast and enter the grams? Is this right? Weight loss
I want to lose 5kg. I’m 59kg right now. Mfp gave me a goal of 1500 cals to lose 0.2kg per week. Today I had 1250 cals but the problem is I went over carbs by 60 grams and sugar by 50 grams. Now I eaten 200 grams of carbs and 65 grams of sugar.
