Is it ok to add sunflower oil during losing weight?

When I fry like chicken I add 1 tbsp sunflower oil? Is this healthy? I dnt add more than this.

Does it fit inside your calories? Then it’s not going to affect your weight loss.
Is it healthy? Impossible to say. If you generally eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg, then yes.5 -

My only question is: do you really fry in 1 TBS of oil? Are you deep frying or pan frying a chicken cutlet?

You just have to account for it. A tablespoon of sunflower oil is 120 calories. So as long as that fits into your daily goals, you will be fine.4

Why not? I use sesame oil at least once a week and use olive oil as well. If it fits into your calorie goals and you have no medical reason not to, then go ahead!4
