This is not fitness related. I don’t understand what this statement means
“it will not relieve the person who inflicted the wound from the guilt of homicide that that best medical skill or care had not been got."
Can someone tell me what it means in basic English?

How I interpret that is that no matter what level of medical care is given, it will not remove the guilt of killing someone if you caused the initial wound.2
