Ok I’m like scared right now. 7 days ago I weigh 59kg and today i weigh 57.4kg???? I still look the same. I am eating 1500 cals a day and this include my exercise cals. I’m a girl, 18, 5.2ft and workout 6 days per week.

Do you think I’m losing weight too quickly????? 1500 cals a day is more than enough for me and I don’t feel like I am starving at all. I still can fit my fav food.

You are fine. It could have also been water retention maybe?

It's normal to lose a fair bit of water weight when you start dieting.

What is your calorie deficit set to?

1500 cals, lose 0.2kg per week and I think 400-500 defecit. Also I put my activity level lightly active as I don’t move a lot during the day. I probs do bit of walking daily and I workout 30 min per day 6 days a week. So 1500 is including my activity level and exercise cals.

One day soon your weight loss will stall, or you may even gain slightly, doing everything the same as you're doing now. At that time, remind yourself that you got paid in advance this week and don't let it freak you out.

That’s a good way to think about it. I always lose more quickly than my goal the first week or two and then appear to stall or slow down (or gain) for a bit. That first drop has a lot of water wait in it. If you’re keeping the same deficit, you’re continuing to lose fat even if that may be masked by other fluctuations.
