Question for the chemistry and nutrition experts ... I’ve noticed that a lot of vitamins and amino pills are encapsulated with some sort of inert plastic. Is this a bioplastic? There is something about willfully ingesting plastics that doesn’t sit well with me (pun intended). Here’s a picture of what I’m talking about:
Hello everyone, Long story short, my career is very demanding and has me working 16 hours a day, 6 days a week. Sometimes 7 days a week. Are there any other runners that use weighted vests to increase strength for 5k runs? I’ve tried squatting to build leg strength but I find that they burn my quads out for almost a week and I hate squats. Advice and thoughts requested.
