Business Casual
Our dress code at work is business casual, but there is a manager who always wears business suits. I always wonder how she doesn't feel uncomfortable in a business suit all the time? Phew - they are heavy and not the most comfortable.

When you eat too much
Yesterday, I ate a little too much for dinner. This always makes me feel so quesy or yucky the next day - does this happen to anyone else? I'm definitely back on track today!

Lunch time meetings
It's almost 3 pm, and I have had so many meetings that I haven't had any time to eat dinner. I do wish I had time to eat lunch. I plan to eat at 3:00 pm - I have a break then! Rice, lentils and greek yogurt. Yum! IF you are reading this - what are you having for lunch today?

Wondering
I found myself wondering today - why do we have items such as crumbl cookies available to people when they contain up to 900-1000 calories in one cookie? It's just so unnecessary! Couldn't they make smaller cookies of 100 calories each? It's in a way, setting people up for failure.

Hello! Has anyone noticed that their weight goes up as they lift weight but their clothes still fit ok? My weight has gone up about 10 lbs since I started doing cross fit, but my clothes all fit well. I actually look a little smaller.

What do you guys think about maybe using C4 twice a day? I had one scoop this morning just because I never finish my one cup of tea or coffee I make through the day. Now, I plan to have one serving before my work out in the evening. If I dont have any other caffeine all day - is that ok?

Frustrated
So, for the first time, I feel super frustrated. I joined cross fit over a year ago, and started following a nutrition program that outlined macros. So far, I have not seen any change in the scale, body fat, or inches when it comes to body composition. I dont get why I am not seeing any progress. Any advice?

Increased Calories

I recently started cross fit in June and my coach said to increase the calories I am eating. I eat around 2080 calories a day vs 1500 that I was eating and I have lost 6 lbs .. should I stay at these calories to get stronger at lifting? Should I reduce them or increase them? So far coach has said to stay at these calories
