The “Shoulders - Down and Back” Cue
I’ve read a lot of conflicting opinions about this cue. Is it correct? Should you use it for every lift? I’ve realized I’ve been using this cue while doing every exercise - even abdominal exercises - because it would feel strange otherwise if my upper back was engaged. Opinions?

How do you know you’re setting an unrealistic goal?
I had my first baby back in March 2020 and was around 128 pre-pregnancy. I got down to 126 before becoming pregnant again (baby 2 is due July!) but I was trying to get down to 113-115 lbs. Collagen?
I’ve heard a lot of conflicting opinions about collagen. Especially for women who are or have been pregnant. I’m currently pregnant with my second and though some of it is inevitable, I’ve heard that collagen can help with saggy skin? Anyone else have any experience with this??

Does anyone just weighlift for fun, to feel good instead of also focusing on progressing in lifts? Not saying that you can’t do all three haha but just curious if you do the first two only.

Lifting with an old injury
Can I still lift when I have a shoulder injury that’s been around for 3-4 years? It doesn’t hurt that bad at this point and I’m going to do some rotator cuff strengthening/rehab work 3ish times a week. But should I still do upper body training?

Resistant Bands for Beginners
Sorry if this is a dumb question but if I’m just using resistant bands as the MAIN thing for my workouts (occasionally will throw in dumbbells depending on the movement), do I have to warmup before hand? 🤷🏼♀️ I’m starting with a resistance of 5-10 lbs so I don’t even know how you’d “warm up” for that? 😂😅
