Strong Curves plus Upper Body

So I’m wanting to start Strong Curves but I want to add in some upper body/specifically more back exercises.

Anyone else do Strong Curves and added in more as well since it kind of lacked in the upper body training?

    If you're sure your from is perfection personified, then just find some progressions (the book itself has a ton of them listed in the back).

    And If you've done those to perfection too, then perhaps some weighted moves (assuming you are stuck with the bodyweight version like I am right now due to pandemic restrictions and a small home gym).
