I’m just starting to get back into working out and there are some things I have to do to kind of modify my workouts. Especially for upper body.
I’ve had to cut out a lot of pressing movements and things like pulldowns/pull-ups, because it affects my shoulder injury.
Moves I can do comfortably are rows, landmine presses, bicep curls, band pull aparts...
so how often should I be doing these?

The best option is to use a proven progressive lifting program, rather than trying to cobble together your own program. This thread has tons of options.
