Workout Splits

Looking to do a 5 day workout split looking something like this:

Day 1) Push
Day 2) Legs
Day 3) Pull
Day 4) Legs
Day 5) Upper

Anyone done something similar? What kind of moves did you include in each?

    I do a 4 day split

    Upper a
    Lower a
    Upper b
    Lower b

    Upper a is:

    Bench press
    Close grip lay pulldown
    Incline bench press
    Low row
    Fly
    Sometimes preacher curls

    Lower a:

    Deadlifts
    Cable crunches
    Squat
    Incline sit up
    Leg curl

    Upper b:

    Same as a except for wide grip lat pulldown

    Lower b:

    Leg press
    Cable crunch
    Deadlift (lighter weight than day a)
    Incline sit up
    Leg curl

    On upper day I use my concept2 rower post weights

    On lower day I use my summit trainer post weights

    But what works for me won’t work for others. Your equipment might be more limited or you might just want to do more isolation exercises.
