So I was mowing my yard with a push mower when I realized that there’s a lot of times we get a workout that never required a trip to the gym 🧐. First 20 Pounds - Gone
So... 228.8 lbs on July 12th 208.8 lbs on August 28th Paying attention to daily calories target and sticking to my weight lifting routine (20 minutes/day max)...it works. Ok...just bragging a bit. That and posting kinda keeps me accountable too
