Got married...gained 40 pounds. Here to get rid of “happy weight”

Joined a little bit ago. Here to track my diet after throwing out the excel file. Hope to have something of value to add later...but got nothing today.

    Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.

    Thanks everyone! I’m down about 8 lbs total so far by eating fewer calories and moving a lot more! Next focus is to get macros in line in addition to just coming in under RMR calories everyday.
