Lost 52.6 as of Jan 1st 2020 and feel I’m still the same
I started my journey at 334 and weight in at 281.8 this morning. I’m 37 - 6’2 I don’t know what it is but I feel I look the same... of course there’s some difference in the face but or I’m just shocked at how big I was and didn’t really see it. Idk, feeling lost at the moment. My goal is to lose another 50 by year end.

Hit the big 2 0 today!
Feel good to hit the 20 mark. Lost 20.8... down from 334. Goal is 200 for now - another 113 pounds to go. cutting out diary has helped quite a bit. Bad day yesterday & 2 dinners planned today
I was doing so good until yesterday... I had a bad lunch. I tried logging the whole thing but let’s just say, 3 margaritas, 2 slices pizza, plus bread bread bread. I was over 1,000 calories feels like. I tracked it, it shows about 480. Today- I have two dinners. I will def limit my intake and calories at the first one. 2nd…

7,200 steps today! Starting today
Goal is 10,000 a day. Will try for 5 days this week to start. I’m hoping this will help kick start the weight loss. Cheers to all the walkers!

This is what I having mostly - 70 cal all grain bread - 2 slices 140 cal Hummus on one side Avacado on one Onions Tomato’s Cucumber Spanich Black pepper for taste It’s sooooo good. No cheese, no mayonnaise needed, no mustard.

18th Day
I officially started on 1/1/2020. I am vegetarian and doing mainly plant based lifestyle. I’m down roughly 12lbs I assume that’s just water weight. I did have 3 cheat meals in the last 18 days.
