Hit the big 2 0 today!

Feel good to hit the 20 mark. Lost 20.8... down from 334. Goal is 200 for now - another 113 pounds to go. cutting out diary has helped quite a bit. I’ve been a vegetarian for 23 years now I’m almost vegan (unless it’s a cheat day). My weakness- pizza! I love a good veggie pizza or margarita pizza... only item I really go off plan for.
95% of the time I am dairy free.

    Congrats! I started from a similar weight and have a similar end goal, although I'm a bit further along the path than you at the moment. I too drastically slashed my dairy, to good effect, but I do rank pizza in my top 5 list of things that make life worth living.

    The next 20 and then the 20 after that will come off easily. Just keep doin' what you're doin', over and over, again and again. That is the main thing I've learned so far: "whatever's working, keep doing it".
