Calories query
So I finished a program recently that I was at for the last three months that saw my calories start at 2350 then can down to 2076 then down to 1996 I'm just wondering if I went back up to 2350 tracked calories and worked out 3 or 4 times a week would I expect changes how ever small or will it just be a case my weight won't…

Dividing calories into following week?
Just wondering if you run short of calories and you still want to consume more then your allowance for what ever reason towards the end of a week is it feasible to divide that said meal into the following week over three to four days say just to stay on track?

So my main goal at the moment is to be physically able to not have to relay on logging my meals every day of the week I'm just wondering is it manageable to just be sensible with your meals choices and just control your fork? And still achieve the same goals?

So had my birthday yesterday and I had planned to bank calories leading up to it but that didn't work out so what's the best plan of attack to get back at it? I'm sure I easily consumed 2500 - 3000 i might have consumed less but I'll use that as a base how many days should I allow to balance it out and get normal service…

Damn you unnecessary eating
Okay so i should be consuming around 2350 calories per day but I'm on a plan at the minute that has me pulled back to 2071 calories per day so tonight I consumed about 900 calories more then I should have I know stupid me so I'm just wondering is it feasible to return to 2350 calories for say the last three days to balance…

Banking calories in advance
Hey folks, Quick question my birthday is coming up on may 21st and I was wondering is it feasible to bank calories say a week in advance right up to the day so I can try an minimise damage I'm not sure how else to go about it? Thanks
