Dieting down but losing muscle and gaining fat.
I can understand losing a little muscle while dieting down but fat percentage going up was unexpected. I’m working out 6 days a week. I resistance train 40 minutes and do 30 minutes of cardio. Back sliding the last week.

Dieting down and sleep.
I’m consuming about 1,600-1,700 calories a day. Losing about a pound a week. So far so good. What I noticed is I’m not sleeping as much. I’ll go to bed about 9:30 and wake up about 3am ready to go.
