Dieting down and sleep.

I’m consuming about 1,600-1,700 calories a day. Losing about a pound a week. So far so good.

What I noticed is I’m not sleeping as much. I’ll go to bed about 9:30 and wake up about 3am ready to go. If I’m lucking I’ll get maybe another hour of sleep between 3 and 6am. I don’t consume a lot of sugar and no caffeine.

Just wondering if anyone else is going through this?
