]Not the greatest 1st half of year. A total weight lose of just 8 lbs. No discouragement, no condemnation time to regroup, refocus and keep on keeping on! A pound a week till the 30th of Dec. w/ an extra cheat day for good measure. Suck it up we can do this! π―β€οΈπ
