]Not the greatest 1st half of year. A total weight lose of just 8 lbs. No discouragement, no condemnation time to regroup, refocus and keep on keeping on! A pound a week till the 30th of Dec. w/ an extra cheat day for good measure. Suck it up we can do this! πŸ’―β€οΈπŸ‘
Feel free to copy and paste. After the week of July 29th we can start on August then Sept, Oct etc. till years end. Best of luck, stay focused, disciplined and keep on keeping on!
