Floor Workouts
Best kind of workouts which involve medicine balls/ kettle bells for core and arms? But not using weight machines. Struggling to find a routine which can target these areas, but hopefully not put too much strain on my stomach (still healing from a C-section, been nearly a year but I still get pain from heavy lifting).

Best Stair Machine workout
Anyone have ideas of what are good workout for this machine? My plan is to do the 12 -3 -30 workout on the treadmil but I don't know any good workouts for the stair machine.
