Best kind of workouts which involve medicine balls/ kettle bells for core and arms? But not using weight machines.
Struggling to find a routine which can target these areas, but hopefully not put too much strain on my stomach (still healing from a C-section, been nearly a year but I still get pain from heavy lifting).

If you’re still getting pain one year after surgery I’d go to either your doctor or a physio and get a diagnosis, as that’s going to really impact on what you can do. i.e. muscular weakness and pain will need different remedial exercises compared to someone suffering adhesions. You may also be sensitised to pain and may need help to work through that (I started hula hooping to get an abdominal scar used to pressure). Once you know what’s causing the pain, you can start to build up gradually and increase tolerance. I’m afraid we’re all well meaning on here, but without knowing your history, our suggestions could cause more pain or injury.3
