Not hungry after intense workouts
I'm curious if anyone else is like this. I do bootcamp 4 days a week. Class is after work from 6-7pm, I get home shower and usually sit down to eat around 7:40 (I go to bed about 11pm) We'll usually have either chicken breast or pork with veggies but I find I'm just not hungry. I can't do a quad stretch - am I the only one?
