Pre-Interview Lunch
I have the biggest interview of my career tomorrow. I am so excited but I am a bit nervous to be honest. My interview is at 1:30 so I will be eating lunch before I go in. What would be a good, safe, filling lunch that you would eat before you went in? I am so afraid of bad breath or gas. Haha! :-D

Pros/Cons: Honey as an allergy fighter?
I have pretty bad allergies and have heard that if you take a tablespoon of organic honey made in your area of residence it will subdue the allergy intensity. Does anyone do this? Are there any pros or cons to a tablespoon of honey a day? I'd rather do this (if it works) than the medicine I take everyday. I would just try…

Snacks!
This is probably a repost so I apologize if it is! What do you enjoy for snacks and how often a day are you snacking? I enjoy all types of fruits and veggies, nuts, cheese, yogurt, etc and would like a few quick fix ideas for my work day. I usually snack at 10AM and 3PM.

In theory say you had a rather large calorie count at lunch. Also assume you went over the daily suggested amount of calorie intake. What would you do for dinner? :happy:

MFP Water calculator...
When I am logging food and water it says: "We recommend that you drink at least 8 cups of water a day. Click the arrows to add or subtract cups of water." Is this 8 measuring cups of water or actually 8 glasses of water a day or are they one and the same? Thanks in advance! :-)
