Morning Gym People
I'm trying to get into the groove of being an early morning riser and go to the gym. I've made several attempts and just can't get out of bed. What tips do you offer on getting your lazy *kitten* out of bed? May I add, I work some nights, so I come home late at night and don't go to bed closer to 11pm.

When to do Interval Training.
Opinion....Do you think it would be okay to do weight training after I do my cardio intervals, or should I do the cardio intervals on a different day. I'm trying to lose weight. Thanks for your input!

What Are You Cutting Back?
i've been told recently to cut back sugar to lose weight and don't worry about calories. Limiting my sugar to 26 grams a day. This is hard, but can be done. Some days good some days not. Interval Training
Is it okay to do Interval Training every day? For example, Monday- Elliptical (intervals), Tuesday-Kickboxing, Wedneday- Treadmill (Intervals), Thursday- Kickboxing and Friday Elliptical (Intervals). I know on kickboxing days they consider this interval cardio too.

Feeling Fustrated!
I bust my butt at the gym every day..doing kickboxing, weight lifting, etc and the scale doesn't move. If it moves, it goes up. Hi there, I'm pretty new to MFP but not new to exercising and diet plans. I really love this site. I have a question.
