Opinion....Do you think it would be okay to do weight training after I do my cardio intervals, or should I do the cardio intervals on a different day. I'm trying to lose weight. Thanks for your input!

Totally your call if you want to do them on the same day as strength training. It's nice to do them on alternate days but sometimes you only want to workout 3x a week and not 6. It'll be fine for your weight loss.
One suggestion I have is that you do the strength portion before you do the cardio.0 -

i try to do mine on the same day as lifting but separated by several hours.
there's a gymette at my job so what I might do on lifting days 9when i dont have a team lunch or have to work through lunch or need have only 15 minutes to eat  ) is to do a 21 minute HIIT session on the office gym treadmill around 12 or 1.
then by 6:30 i'm at the regular gym to lift.
on days i cant split it i do it after the lift session, which means that it's a shorter session because i dont have the energy left in my legs to do much sprinting0 -

Agreed.
To be totally unhelpful some days I do both, some days I do one or the other and some days I do neither. I try to listen to how my body feels but never how my mind feels because then I would not do anything :laugh:0
