HCG without the diet
It was suggested to me to get the HCG injection or pills to aid in my weightloss. However, I would not need to follow the 500 calorie diet because it is too restrictive and 30 pounds in 30 days is not realistic for me. I was told basically no grains, no beans, no dairy, no soda or fruit juice or dried fruit and use MCT oil…

Hypothyroidism in families
I have been talking to some of my older cousins and apparently Hypothyroidism runs rampant in our family along with Diabetes. I remember my mom saying that her mom was lazy and ate sweets all of the time. As I grew older and then got my diagnosis (at the time I could barely get out of bed!) I explained to my mom that…

Just wanted to share some positive food alternatives
I met with a Dr. yesterday and we discussed my weight loss agenda. I am partially low carb and gluten free but struggling. latest labs seems weird to me!
TSH 0.011 low T3 free serum 4.7 high T4, direct 1.27 normal? TPO Antibodies 356 ( was 4000 18 months ago) So, not sure why my antibodies have gone down so much unfortunately I think my Thryoid is dying off since they don't have to fight it so much any longer. Anyone have ideas why my TSH would still be soooo low? Any…

I thought 6 grains was a lot but, I feel better on that dose (except for the heart palps). She said my TPO antibodies are down to 300 and I was at 4000 a year ago. Is any one else on this much…

This morning I wnt to weigh myself and to my shock I was 180.8 same as last week! However, I stepped off of the scale and got back on and then it showed 178.8 okay that is a 2 pound difference and I tend to think the 178.8 is more accurrate due to the way my clothes are fitting.
