NSV for today!
So looking in the mirror this morning, I noticed that my stomach is not sticking out as much. Then I did a quick measurement (couldn't help it), and it was almost 1 inch down from two weeks ago when I measured it (usually only do this once a month). Yay for all those damn crunches and love handle workouts!! Fist pump!!

I am looking at heart rate monitors and I'm just wondering, is there really any point to them for my needs?
