Chicken wing calories

Hi,

This should be a simple question, but I can't get a straight answer from google or many calorie count websites including MFP.

When I am trying to add chicken wing calories, is it the amount for the whole chicken wing, or the drumette? I get mixed answers from everywhere. Some sites say that one drummette without skin is 27 calories (which seems low) and then others say a drummette without skin is 67 calories (which seems high), and then some say the whole wing (wing and drummette) is 200... this is so frustrating! What do I do to log in what I'm going to eat?? I'm going to BBQ them, so do I just choose the drummette, baked without skin and hope for the best?

Just the drummette, without skin would be close to the 27 cals....

I say this b/c most of the hot wings (with skin and sauce) usually come up between 60-80 cals....So take away the skin and sauce and I'd say 27 would be closest.
